Many times when we learn new computer software, we encounter problems and experience difficulties. It is important in the problem solving process to ask questions and collaborate with others in order to seek solutions. Every one benefits from the sharing of ideas.

When stating the problem, it is important to clearly articulate your difficulty and describe the occurrence. It is equally important to clearly state the solution when responding to a person’s inquiry. When expressing discourse, make sure that you are courteous and polite. No one should feel that their inquiry has no merit. If you need additional clarification about the question or response ask additional questions by restating the portion of the response that you did not understand.

From first hand experience, I have learned that software applications are learned through the process of problem solving. Post your questions and answers by using only your first name. Spelling, grammar, and punctuation count.
